Ebbisham currently runs four junior badminton sections, from September to April - three on Sunday and the fourth on Friday Evenings.

Junior 1 (J1) Sundays 10:00am - 11:30am

Junior 2 (J2) Sundays 11:30am - 1:00pm

Junior 3 (J3) Sunday 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Advanced Juniors (AJ) Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm

10: 45 to 11:30 - Tactics and Games

J2

11:30 to 11:45 - Registration and warm up
11:45 to 12:15 - Stroke Moves
12:15 to 1:00 - Tactics and Games

J1/J2

October 23 - No Play
December 11 - No Play
December 18 - Singles Tournament
January 1 - No Play
February 12 - No Play
March 5 - Targets Tournament
March 26 - Doubles Tournament

J3

J3 is run more as a club session with an emphasis on playing games. Coaching is given throughout the session, during the games, on an individual basis and not as a group.

AJ

Advanced Juniors is for those who have progressed through J1/2 and are looking to improve their Badminton skill to a higher / county level (ADVANCED JUNIORS IS BY INVITATION ONLY)

Junior Court rules

1. Punctuality is essential.
2. The register must be signed on arrival.
3. No player may leave the sports hall without permission.
4. No food or drink allowed on the courts.
5. If regular attendance is not maintained, your place may be allocated to another player.
6. Non-marking soled sports shoes suitable for badminton.
7. Mainly white sports kit.

Note: Players must change from their outdoor shoes before going onto court.

A tracksuit should be available for cold days.
